I JUST WANTED TO POP ON AND SAY A FEW THINGS ABOUT THE EPIDEMIC THAT'S SWEEPING THE WORLD! Everyone please try to remain Positive, I know that's easier said than done, but if you cannot do anything except stay home, please do that, see it as a break from norm, which it obviously is, get your creative side going, with art, reading books, knit, sew, do some Yoga, meditation, deep breathing. If you like essential oils, then put your diffuser on daily. I'm using YL, Lemon, Thieves , Frankincense, what ever one draws you to them. Also if you like Crystals, Tourmaline is a good protection crystal, Drink Lemon in your water, Vit C. STAY SAFE! Namaste! |
